What is Left Behind is not your traditional horror story; this is an experience that will immerse you in the world of a girl struggling with what remains after someone has left. It’s a ghost story, a nightmare, and a human story that many of us can relate to, all in one.
We recommend you experience this story over the course of three nights, just before bed; but it can be experienced in a single night if you cannot find three consecutive nights. We have carefully crafted an over two-hour audio adventure for you to experience from the comfort of your own home. The characters, the sound effects, and the world comes to life via professional audio recording, editing, and mixing. This is a story that will haunt you for a long time.
How It Works
What is Left Behind consists of three different audio tracks that tell one complete narrative. We recommend that you listen to one track a night, for three consecutive nights. But if you want to listen to them all in a single night, who are we to stop you? Just be warned, you may have nightmares following.
This story is best experienced in the darkest room of your house. If light bleeds in from the windows, find a closet, and settle in—the darker, the better. And don’t listen without headphones; the nuances will be missed without them.
Each audio track ranges from thirty minutes to a full hour; so plan accordingly to not be disturbed while listening.

The Experience
Riley is a relatable twenty-something making her way in the City. She runs a successful bar filled with regulars, has a boyfriend, and a dysfunctional family—but who’s family is normal, really? Sleep never came easy to her, but when nightmares begin haunting her, sleep becomes harder and harder. Now someone is following her… or is it more than one person? The line between reality and fiction begins to blur and her carefully constructed life begins to fall apart. What is left behind when someone leaves? What is left behind when your nightmares feel real? What is left behind when you can’t trust yourself?
